Cancel your plan or ask for a refund
The plan runs through the App Store or Google Play and is cancelled there. Only the person who subscribed can cancel it, in their store.
- Open More › Settings › Subscription › Status, manage, restore.
- Tap Manage subscription. Your Apple or Google Play subscription settings open.
- Cancel the Beeside subscription there.
Beeside then says: “Your subscription runs until 12/10/2027 and won't renew.” Until then everything stays open.
Mixed devices
Manage subscription opens the settings of the phone in your hand. If someone subscribed on Android, they cancel in their Google account, even if someone else looks on an iPhone.
Refunds
Refunds go through Apple or Google, under their terms. With Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, with Google Play through the order history in your Google account. If a payment is refunded, the plan ends straight away.
