Restore your purchase after switching phones
Because the plan is tied to your family, it comes with you when you switch phones: sign in on the new phone with the same email address. You only need to restore if Beeside still stays locked.
- Open More › Settings › Subscription › Status, manage, restore. If Beeside is locked, tap See plans.
- Tap Restore purchases.
- If it says “Your subscription is back.”, you're done.
Good to know
- A purchase stays with the family it was made for.
- An account belongs to exactly one family. If the person who pays deletes their account, the plan keeps running until they cancel it with Apple or Google.
