Set up your family: the first two minutes

Open the app and tap Get started. The bee asks a few questions and Beeside sets up your family from your answers.

1. What's coming up for you this week? Type or say a few things, like an event or something for the shopping. Each becomes a real entry.
2. Who lives with you? Add a partner, children or someone else. First names are enough; for children Beeside needs the date of birth.
3. What should I help you with? Pick the areas, such as Groceries, Calendar, Chores or Passwords. You can change this any time.
4. Here's what next week holds. Choose the day and time for your weekly overview, Sunday 18:00 by default.
5. Press and hold the honeycomb and Beeside sets everything up. Kids get a few chores with stars straight away.
6. Under Keep your Beeside safe. choose how to sign in: Apple, Google or email with a code.

Good to know

• Beeside doesn't ask for your country, stores or aisles. The region comes from your phone's settings; stores and aisles are prepared and can be changed later.
• A family has up to 20 people, including you.
• If you added a partner, Beeside then suggests sending them a link.
• On the web you set up a family with a short form, without the conversation with the bee.
