Offline: what works and when it syncs

Beeside saves everything on the device first and then sends changes to the server. Without a connection it says “Offline · 2 changes waiting” at the top. When you're back online, Beeside syncs by itself, and in the foreground every two minutes as well.

What works offline

• Adding, editing, ticking off and deleting in groceries, to-dos, calendar, meals, chores and the other areas.
• The vault, once it has been opened with a connection.
• Your device's calendars.

What needs a connection

• Signing in, inviting, pairing a device and deleting your account.
• Exporting data and viewing the history.
• Importing a recipe from a link and reading photos. Typing a quick add works offline, using rules without AI.
• Turning notifications on or off and managing the calendar feed link.
