Free trial: 14 days free, a reminder before it ends

The free trial comes with the yearly plan: 14 days of full access for the whole family. The monthly plan has no trial. The app shows before you buy whether the store offers the trial: the button then says Start 14-day free trial.

The reminder

• At least two days before the end you get the notification Your trial ends soon.
• It arrives between 8 am and 8 pm and never on a Sunday, so sometimes a little earlier.
• It goes to the person who subscribed. If that isn't known, to all adults.
• Without notifications turned on, nobody reminds you. Turn them on when the app asks.

What happens next

If you don't cancel, the yearly plan starts when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. You'll see the status under More › Settings › Subscription: “Free trial until 15/10/2026. After that, your subscription starts unless you cancel before then.”
